Marian Bergin B.A. Psych M.B.S. C.I.P.D. is an independent Human Resources Consultant.

Her approach to working with clients is flexible, informative, innovative, and committed. Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, combined with specifically tailor made strategies to meet clients needs, ensures that projects are successfully implemented.

Marian offers a wealth of both strategic and practical experience, having a background of both line management and consultancy experience. She held Human Resources roles in the Financial Services sector, prior to commencing a career in consultancy where she has spent the last 10 years completing a range of Human Resources assignments in both the Public and Private sector.

Areas of specialism include;

• the development of Human Resources Strategy and practices
• the creation of tailor made Reward Strategies and systems
• design and development of Performance Management systems.

Marian is a contributor on a number of programmes with the Irish Management Institute.
