Brief
In the manufacturing sector, to analyse the operational activities
of a Human resources department and make recommendations on the
operation of the department.
Result
Developed a tailor made human resources audit procedure to;
- identify the workflows and responsibilities within the department.
- analyse how they dovetailed with line managements responsibilities.
As a result of our input, HR activities were redesigned and responsibilities
redistributed which fed into the annual HR strategic plan.
