Brief
To review the workflows and processes of staff, as part of an
organisational re-design programme, for an organisation supporting
national sport.
Result
A tailormade approach to job evaluation and workflow identification
was developed to illustrate the completion of key tasks. Key results
were;
- a fundamental shift in the nature of work assigned to staff
and a defined development programme for staff members was achieved.
- new job descriptions were developed and the need for additional
resources identified.
