the accompanying documentation, for a range of clients in the Retail,
Manufacturing, Service and Financial Services sectors.

- the development Human Resources policies and procedures that
not only take into account employment legislation but also reflect
the culture and values of the organisation.
- creation of customised staff handbooks and accompanying managerial
guideline.
- designed and delivered specific training programmes on the
implementation of policies.
- used the delivery of a new staff handbook as a vehicle for
