Brief
In both Public and Private Sector companies, MB&A has been
appointed to create senior management performance management systems.
These are designed to support the achievement of organisational
objectives.
Result
MB& A uses a collaborative approach to design systems for
senior management that;
- deliver a framework for the identification of strategic objectives.
- provide a mechanism to provide a clear line of sight for users
in how to achieve those objectives.
