we developed a comprehensive remuneration structure that recognised
the size of the job, rewarded key behaviours and included an incentive
programme for sales staff.
- designed a flexible reward strategy and grading structure for
a Financial Services company, which recognised salary movements
in the market, internal relativity’s and was linked to key
human resources initiatives.
- established a reward strategy for a healthcare company that
recognised dual career paths, job families and market movements.
- developed a reward strategy for senior management team in a
large Insurance company that linked managerial performance to
the achievement in both short and long term company objectives.
